A&M Healthcare and Consulting is a rural community-based organization serving residents across Southwest Georgia. Our mission is to improve community health by providing accessible primary care, health promotion and prevention services, wellness support, and health education.

Through our Health and Wellness Center, we offer a combination of primary care services and wellness experiences designed to support the overall health and well-being of the adult population. Our services include preventive care, health screenings, chronic disease management, and wellness services that encourage relaxation, recovery, and healthy lifestyle practices.

In addition to clinical services, A&M Healthcare and Consulting actively partners with local organizations, community groups, and health initiatives to strengthen health education, expand access to care, and improve health outcomes for residents throughout Southwest Georgia.
